DELLIVERY

 

We’re pleased to offer FREE Delivery within Hong Kong, Kowloon and NT on orders with net purchase over HK$800. For orders under HK$800 net purchase, a HK$100 delivery charge will apply.

We also offer FREE delivery to Macau on orders with net purchase over HK$1600. For orders under HK$1600 net purchase, a HK$200 delivery charge will apply.

Delivery Areas

​

Delivery is available to a single location within most areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Macau. An additional charge of HK$100 applies to outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. For outlying areas, please checkout online as usual, and we will contact you prior to delivery for the additional charge.

 

Delivery Schedule

 

Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday (not available on Sundays or public holidays) and is usually made with 2 - 5 working days of confirming your order. Additional working days may be required for delivery to outlying areas & Macau. 

The estimated delivery time is for reference only, actual delivery time may varies. Sometimes, payment, address verification, bad weather or force majeure event may cause an extra working days before your order can be shipped.

 

Receipt of Delivery

 

Should the delivery address be unattended or unsuccessful due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information, additional charges will apply to re-schedule the delivery. If a delivery is requested to be left with building security or outside the door, Glassic Wine Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur.

REFUND

​

Glass Product: For hygienic concern, we do NOT accept any returns unless Glassic Wine Limited is proven in fault of the items delivered. You are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition upon delivery. In such case,  please refuse to receive the product and contact us immediately. You can contact our customer service department to make arrangement for exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Requests for returns and exchanges will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of Glassic Wine Limited.

 

If you wish to cancel your order after you have paid, there is a 5% (of the total purchase amount) transactional refund fee. More importantly, if we have already dispatched your order, there will be a cancellation fee of HK$120.
